Essais de Barcelone, Jour 3 : Gasly conclut avec le meilleur temps

Le Français reste devant

Le Français Pierre Gasly est resté en tête des temps du GP2 aujourd’hui, pour la 3e et dernière journée des essais à Barcelone.

Le jeune pilote de la filière Red Bull a signé un temps de 1:27.386 dans la matinée, un chrono record qui n’a pas été battu.

Gasly est suivi par un autre Français, Norman Nato, deuxième du jour à un peu plus de 2 dixièmes. Le pilote Racing Engineering devant l’équipier de Gasly chez Prema, Antonio Giovinazzi.

Alex Lynn signe le 4e temps avec sa DAMS devant Luca Ghiotto. Suivent Daniel de Jong, Mitch Evans et Nicholas Latifi.

A noter que Jordan King (Racing Engineering) et Sergey Sirotkin (ART GP) ont signé un chrono identique, ils complètement le top 10. Le Russe a provoqué l’une des trois interruptions de séance de la journée après une sorte de piste au virage n°2 dans la matinée.

Il y a également eu une sortie pour Raffaele Marciello et un problème mécanique pour Meindert van Buuren.

Les essais hivernaux du GP2 reprendront à Jerez, du 29 au 31 mars.
