There were no major classification changes in the fourth hour of the Imola 6-Hours event. While the Audi drivers exchanged seats for their fifth stint, Anthony Davidson and Stéphane Sarrazin rejoined for a third turn behind the wheel. The only leadership change came in FLM with Genoa Racing taking first place.

So far there have been only four retirements: the no. 59 Ferrari F458 Italia of Luxury Racing, which was stuck in its pit at the start with an electronic problem, the two JetAlliance Lotus Evoras (engine failure in both cases), and the no. 40 Race Performance Oreca 03 – Judd.

There were a few offs during the hour including Nicolas Prost (no. 12 Rebellion Racing, Lola B10/60-Toyota coupe), Luis Perez-Companc (no. 39 Pecom Racing, Lola B11/40 – Judd) and Ferdinando Geri (no. 23 MIK Corse, Zytek 09 n°23). Marc Goossens (no. 75 Prospeed Competition Porsche 911 RSR) suffered a puncture and Pedro Lamy’s no. 56 BMW M3 is missing a side window. In the Michelin Green X Challenge, the no. 8 Peugeot 908 leads the nos 1 and 2 Audi R18 TDIs.
