Juho Hänninen has won Rally d’Italia-Sardegna after completing the final Monte Olia stage with the third fastest time.
While the Finn celebrated his second victory of the season in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge, his factory Škoda Motorsport team lost out on a one-two finish when Peugeot Sport Italia’s Paolo Andreucci held on for second place after winning the 14.12-kilometre test. It meant Jan Kopecký had to settle for third place.
Thierry Neuville took fourth in a Peugeot 207 with Bruno Magalhães getting the better of Teemu Arminen for fifth overall.
Crews are now returning to the final service in Olbia before the ceremonial finish in the exclusive Porto Cervo resort this evening.
