Muller dropped out of the points
Only 55 points remains at stake in the final meeting
Yvan Muller has nearly lost his chances to grab a fourth WTCC title, following a thirty second time penalty he received from the Stewards for hitting Alain Menu in today’s second race at Shanghai.
This dropped him from second to 12th and out of the points.
As a consequence, Rob Huff has now a leading margin of 35 points ahead of Menu, while Muller is a further six points adrift.
Only 55 points remains at stake in the final meeting at Macau.
