Lada Sport shakedown cars in France

The LADA Sport Lukoil team spent three more days at Magny-Cours for the shaking down the two Grant racing cars before they are trucked to Monza for the WTCC opener.

Both drivers, James Thompson and Aleksei Dudukalo, attended this last test session in preparation of the season.

Team principal Victor Shapovalov commented: “We have completed an intensive pre-season test programme and we are optimistic. We are satisfied with the cars and eager to see them in the actual races. The first event is very important; it will show our position among the other participants and will give much valuable information. We will evaluate the results of the technical solutions we chose during the tests, and indentify the direction for further improvement of the car. Our drivers and all the members at LADA Sport Lukoil team are highly motivated to have two successful races at Monza!”
