Esteban Guerrieri to run car number 86

Esteban Guerrieri will carry the number 86 on his Campos Racing Chevrolet when he makes his FIA World Touring Car Championship debut at home in Argentina this weekend – and here’s why.

Back in 1986, Argentina won the FIFA World Cup in Mexico. The country hasn’t lifted the trophy since so to celebrate 30 years since that success, Guerrieri will race with number 86 to pay tribute to his national football team, led that year by Diego Maradona.
