D’Aste et Okyay rejoin in Germany

Stefano D’Aste and Ibrahim Okyay will rejoin the championship at Oschersleben next week.
The Italian racer returns after missing the previous event at Donington Park because of a commitment in the GT4 European Cup at Zolder that he performed in a perfect way, winning both races in his Lotus Evora.

In Germany D’Aste will be at the wheel of the Wiechers-Sport BMW 320 TC with which he was leading the second race at Porto.

Turkish Touring Car champion Okyay will make his second appearance in the WTCC this year in the Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport BMW 320si; he had already raced at Monza earlier during the season.
