Couto to drive for Campos in Macau
Joining team’s regulars Fernando Monje and Hugo Valente
Macau star driver André Couto will take part once again in the WTCC season’s finale in his home town. Couto has joined the World Touring Car Championship races in Macau every year from 2005, except in 2007.
The winner of the Macau Grand Prix in 2000, Couto has raced different WTCC cars – Alfa Romeo, Honda and SEAT – claiming his best result with a SEAT León in 2006, when he finished seventh in Race 2.
This year he will be at the wheel of a Campos Racing SEAT León car, joining team’s regulars Fernando Monje and Hugo Valente.
Couto will be also eligible for both the Yokohama and the Eurosport Asia trophies.
