Borković appeal to be heard on 26 September

The International Court of Appeal will convene in Paris on Friday, 26 September 2014.

The Court will hear the Appeal brought by the Real Federación Española de Automovilismo (RFEA) on behalf of its license holder, Campos Racing, against the exclusion of Dušan Borković from the second WTCC race of Termas de Río Hondo.

Borković had been excluded by the Panel of the Stewards on the basis of the FIA Technical Delegate report in which was said that the ground clearance of the Serbian’s car was not in conformity with article 263.209 of Appendix J of the International Sporting Code.

The hearing will take place at 10.00 in the FIA Salle du Comité, 8 place de la Concorde, 75008 Paris.

The decision will be published as soon as possible after the hearing.
