Zoel Amberg completes Lazarus’ 2015 line up
Swiss driver joins Nathanaël Berthon
Lazarus have confirmed that Swiss driver Zoel Amberg will race with them in GP2 Series this season alongside Nathanaël Berthon.
The rookie was born in Stans, in the canton of Nidwalden, on September 25th, 1992. He has gained some valuable experience in various motorsport categories. In 2009, he debuted in the Italian Formula Renault 2.0 and in the World Endurance Championship (WEC). In 2010, he won the Middle European Championship, the former Swiss Formula Renault. In the following seasons, Amberg participated in the Formula Abarth, the European F3 Open Championship, in GP3 Series, as well as in the Formula Renault 3.5 Championship.
He took part in the GP2 post-season tests last year at the Yas Marina Circuit and was present again at the first pre-season test session, this time with Lazarus.
