Stage 6 run as a liaison section
Following an accident
Stage six of Tour de Corse-E.Leclerc will run as a liaison section for the majority of competitors following an accident involving the course-opening zero car.
Crews are now heading to stage seven, the 15.28-kilometre Taverna-Pont de Castirla test. It was due to get underway at 16:17hrs local time but will now start with a delay of 15 minutes.
The zero car was being crewed by Ari and Max Vatanen. Max Vatanen is not injured. Ari Vatanen has been flown by helicopter to hospital in Bastia for checks.
