Jari-Matti Latvala has extended his lead of Rally Argentina by winning stage three, the 22.67-kilometre Mino Clavero-Giulio Cesare test.

Driving a Ford Fiesta RS WRC, the Finn’s advantage out front rises to 3.0s over Petter Solberg, who trailed Latvala for the second stage in a row in his privateer Citroen DS3 WRC.

Mikko Hirvonen was third fastest and climbs ahead of Citroen drivers Sebastien Ogier and Sebastien Loeb into third overall.

Mads Ostberg has moved into sixth after demoting M-Sport Stobart team-mate Matthew Wilson.
