Meeke wins SS3, Hänninen second

Kris Meeke has extended his lead of Rallye Sanremo to 4.9s following his second stage win of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge qualifier.

In the battle for the coveted IRC drivers’ title, Juho Hänninen has moved back up into second place ahead of Paolo Andreucci. The Finn’s title rival, Jan Kopecký, is now up to eighth after going second fastest through the 12.92-kilometre test.
