Class winners keen on more IRC action

Garry Jennings and Marty McCormack, who won the IRC Production Cup and IRC 2WD Cup respectively on the Donnelly Group Circuit of Ireland Rally, both want to take part on more rounds of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge this season.

Jennings said: “I’d love to go and do more rounds of the IRC. My car is for sale at the moment but I’m building a new one and it would be fantastic to do some events on gravel.”

McCormack, who like Jennings is from Northern Ireland, added: “I want to compete at the highest level and the IRC is very attractive. It’s all about getting the backing but I’d really like to do some more events this season.”
