The French manufacturer recently confirmed a full programme of 13 WRC rounds for Meeke and 10 for Breen in 2018.

Breen will make way for Sébastien Loeb to return to the squad in Mexico, France and Spain, while team patron Khalid Al Qassimi will start several unspecified events in a third C3.

As part of their preparation for this year’s opening round [25 - 28 January] Meeke and Breen tested for three days on roads just south of Gap in southeastern France.

Both drivers shared the wheel for one day of generally cold and wet running. Meeke added a further day in very wet conditions, while Breen had a fully dry day for his solo run.
