Bianchi, Pic and Berthon penalised

Following today’s sprint race at Yas Marina Circuit, the stewards have decided to penalise Lotus ART’s Jules Bianchi, Addax’s Charles Pic and Racing Engineering’s Nathanael Berthon after it was found that they had not respected yellow flags.
The three French drivers were handed a twenty second penalty. Now Bianchi finished P8, Berthon P14 and Pic P21.
The Addax driver who had previously finished in the Top and clocked in the best laptime, but since now he is out of the top ten, the bonus point goes to Bianchi who was second fastest today.
In the drivers’ standings, Bianchi is leading on 11 points and one point ahead of Romain Grosjean.
