After SS5: Bouffier delayed, Neuville

Thierry Neuville has moved back to the top of the Tour de Corse-E.Leclerc leaderboard after Bryan Bouffier suffered a puncture on stage five, the 15.28-kilometre Taverna Pont de Castirla test.

Bouffier lost one minute after picking up a left-rear puncture on his Peugeot France 207 Super 2000 close to the start of the stage.

Neuville’s lead is now 15.8s over Škoda Motorsport driver Jan Kopecký after the Team Peugeot Belgium-Luxembourg won the test.

“It’s going well, the feeling is going well, the splits okay, everything is good even the tyres,” said Neuville.

Andreas Mikkelsen has climbed into third place in his Škoda UK Fabia.
