Jan Kopecký has taken his second stage win of Tour de Corse-E.Leclerc to trim Thierry Neuville’s overall lead to 13.8s with one stage of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge round left to run.
Driving a Škoda Fabia Super 2000, the Czech was 1.9s faster than French rally champion Bryan Bouffier, who has strengthened his grip on fourth place in his Peugeot France entry after going second fastest.
Crews are now heading to the final stage of the rally, the 26.70-kilometre Sarrola-Plage du Liamone test south east of Ajaccio. The stage is due to get underway at 20:10hrs local time and will be shown live on Eurosport.
