Massa taking family with him to China

One day on the simulator, another spent in meetings with engineers from various departments within the Scuderia: that was Felipe Massa’s pre-Easter schedule yesterday and today at Maranello. The only moment of relaxation coincided with the making of a promotional film featuring the new California Handling Speciale.

“It’s always important to spend time working alongside the team in preparation for a Grand Prix,” said Felipe to ferrarif1.com. “Now, I’m heading back home to Monaco: tomorrow I will relax and then it will be time to pack for Shanghai. Raffaela and Felipinho will come to China with me: having my family alongside me during a long journey like this one is always very nice, especially when we are all together with my second family, Ferrari!”

Tomorrow sees the start of the second back-to-back trip of the season, as the first group of team members flies off, along with technical equipment to replenish stocks used on the three chassis utilised in this initial phase of the 2012 season. The majority of team personnel will spend Easter and Easter Monday travelling, with the remainder following behind on Tuesday and Wednesday.
