After three weeks of summer holidays, the GP2 Main Series makes their way to one of the most favourite venues on the calendar, Spa-Francorchamps, to dispute the 15th and 16th races on the season.

The layout, set in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes forest, is one of most technical and complexes on the calendar but it is also the stage of Ocean Racing Technology first victory in the Formula 1 support series, as well as their first pole position, back in the 2009 championship.

Now, one year later, Ocean Racing Technology returns to the place of their first success with the weapons and desire to be among the best teams of the GP2 Main Series.

Fabio Leimer stresses the importance of being competitive in Spa in front of the Motor sport community that regards the Belgian circuit as one of most spectacular of the year. The Swiss racer knows this layout well after securing pole position and the victory during his title year in the International Formula Masters.

"It is a fantastic circuit and I hope everything will go smooth for us. We were not lucky in the last races and it’s time for the wheel to turn. I am aware of the key role qualifying will play if we want to have a good weekend. But I also know that we can show what our true potential is as we did at the start of the season."

After his short holiday, teammate Max Chilton is also impatient to get back behind the wheel in Spa and he does not hide his preference for this round of the season.

"It’s my favourite track. I have been racing in Spa for three years and I think it is a fabulous circuit, very fast and technical, it suits my style," explained the English driver who secured a front row in 2009 when he was racing in the British F3 championship. "I hope everything will be fine and that we will have a good qualifying and two strong races. I know we have what it takes to aim for the positions among the leaders in the GP2 Main Series and that’s what I want to demonstrate until the end of the season."
