San Marino will be a hit

Paolo Andreucci says Rally San Marino will be a big hit when it joins the Intercontinental Rally Challenge for the first time this season.

Andreucci, who has won the event on several occasions in the past, says crews and fans alike will be in for a treat when the gravel event takes place from 5-7 July.

“I love Rally San Marino and have always had a very good feeling there,” said Peugeot ace Andreucci, who has competed sporadically in the IRC in the past and hopes to return to the series for Rally San Marino. “It’s a classic gravel rally – really fun to drive. The San Marino federation is an excellent organising body, which is a huge supporter of rallying with a fantastic history in the sport, so it’s sure to be a very well-organised and popular event: this is guaranteed.”
