Pushkar set to shine on home IRC round

Ukraine will have a new rallying hero to cheer when the country hosts round 10 of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge from 14-16 September.

Vitaliy Pushkar is set to tackle the Prime Yalta Rally in Ukraine’s Crimea region on the back of his maiden IRC Production Cup success on the Sibiu Rally in Romania last month and will be a contender for honours.

Pushkar will be one of several Ukrainian drivers in action on the asphalt rally with fellow Dream Team Ukraine pilots Oleksandr Saliuk and Oleksiy Tamrazov also expected to take part.

Meanwhile, event organisers have pledged to assist crews contesting the event by offering discounted travel, accommodation and logistics packages.
