Jean-Christophe, how do you look at this new challenge with REBELLION Racing?

I think I will integrate myself quickly in the team, I received very good feedback about the atmosphere within the team and quality staff. We all have the same goal of winning as everyone will make my integration as fast as possible. The team showed strong results and I am confident with the 2010 car.

With the LOLA-REBELLION, you’ll discover a new car, do you need an adjustment period?

Discovering a new car does not faze me at all, I was very late in discovered the Peugeot 908 Hdi before the 24 Hours of Le Mans last year and I was immediately on the pace of the works cars.

Having driven the two types of prototypes, do you prefer open or closed?

Whatever, as long as the car is quick!

Have you ever met Andrea Belicchi you new teammate?

We seen each other at the race tracks but I have not worked together with him yet. I was told that he is a professional, pleasant and communicative driver. And most importantly, he’s very fast.

In the other car Nicolas Prost and Neel Jani will be the other REBELLION RACING drivers, do you know them?

I know Nicolas a little, he has good speed, I do not know Neel but it is also a very quick guy. I think there will be a healthy rivalry between the two cars to pull the whole team up. Having another fast car in the team is bound to be a source of extra motivation for all of us.

You were within the team of Henri Pescarolo since 2001, what impression do you feel now that you are a REBELLION RACING member?

I have had great success with Pescarolo Sport, I have learned a lot in contact with Henri in particular working for the good of the team. Pescarolo Sport has been my family for almost 10 years, hopefully I’ll find another in Rebellion. I wish Henri well with his 2010 program and I know there will be a healthy competition with the No. 16.

The season begins in April, by then what will be your physical preparation programme?

In fact I am working on this all year. I have very good endurance, so I
put more emphasis on the sports that require many accelerations such
as squash, tennis or football.
