The GP2 Main Series is continuing their round of the historical circuits and now after Silverstone, the legendary home of Motorsport, the main support race for the Formula One series will pack their bags for Hockenheim this weekend.

Ocean Racing Technology approaches the German round of the GP2 Main Series with a savage determination to find their way back into the points.

The Hockenheim circuit may be an unknown to the Portuguese team but they have known since their victory in Barcelona, the opening round of the season, that they have the capacity to fight with the best teams in the paddock.

Their drivers, Fabio Leimer and Max Chilton, continue to learn the GP2 Main Series but both have showed on various occasions that they have the talent to set a pace similar to that of the experienced drivers and leaders of the championship.

In Hockenheim, Fabio and Max’s main priority will be to be competitive in qualifying. In the last two events, they were unable to optimize their car’s set up in time for qualifying and it proved that getting it right in this session is crucial for the end result.

"We’ve progressed both in performance and the adaptation of the car," assures Max Chilton, "Sometimes we’ve been hampered by a lack of stability but I think we have put this issue behind us. That’s why I’m optimistic for the German races and I think we will return to the positions we deserve on the grid."
