WTCC cars set sail to Argentina
For the last five meetings of the year
The WTCC racing cars have left the European continent, on their way for the five overseas events that will conclude the season.
A few days after the last European event at Spa-Francorchamps, the teams delivered their cars and spare parts at Antwerp harbour, where everything was loaded inside twenty-nine 40-feet containers.
The 120,000-ton Hamburg Süd Liner’s cargo ship ‘Cap San Rafael’ set sail on July 5 to Buenos Aires, where it is due to dock on July 22.
The ship is currently sailing in the Atlantic Ocean, South West of Madeira and towards Cape Verde islands.
Transportation is organized by DHL, WTCC official logistics partner.
