Oliver Turvey has been handed a 30 second time penalty by the race stewards at the conclusion of today’s feature race in Monaco for failing to take a drive through penalty awarded for a jump start, losing the seventh place that he finished on track.
The time penalty pushes the Briton out of the points and down to 15th position, promoting Carlin teammate Max Chilton to seventh and handing Charles Pic eighth place in today’s event, and pole position for tomorrow’s sprint race.
