Sébastien Loeb received a 30-second time penalty after the second race.
The Stewards of the meeting have judged him guilty for the collision with his Citroën team-mate Yvan Muller that forced the reigning WTCC champion to retire.
As a consequence, Loeb was demoted from fourth to twelfth in the final results of the second race.
