A couple of the Macau drivers who will race at Suzuka are familiar faces for WTCC: Henry Ho Wai Kun and Mak Ka Lok.
In recent years they both have made several appearances in the World Championship, with a sharp preference for their home race on the Guia circuit.
Henry Ho’s debut in WTCC dates back to 2009 and besides Macau he has also raced at Okayama twice.
For the third consecutive year Mak Ka Lok takes part in WTCC events, but it’s the first time he does it outside of Macau.
As usual, they will both drive 2-litre normally aspirated BMW 320si cars; Liqui Moly Team Engstler will run Ho’s, while Mak’s is entered by Macau-based RPM Racing.
