Trulli set for steering boost in Hungary - report
A new system is being developped
Jarno Trulli will be looking forward to next weekend’s Hungarian grand prix.
The Italian veteran has been complaining all season about the power steering system aboard Team Lotus’ 2011 car, arguing that it does not give him enough feedback for his precise driving style.
"That’s why Kovalainen goes quicker than me," the 36-year-old claimed recently.
According to Germany’s Speed Week, the team’s new technical director Mark Smith has devised a much improved power steering system for the T128 to debut at the Hungaroring.
